OUR STORY
Jeko, previously known as Mini Me Salon has been reborn in 2020 as a celebration of the partnership between Emma Savage and Gemma Henshaw.
​
Emma and Gemma began their hairdressing careers together and know each others work intimately. They are both passionate about what they do and are perfectionists when it comes to cutting, colouring and styling.
​
Prior winners of the Australian Aveda Colour Harmony Awards and finalists in the IHS National Cutting Championships, Emma and Gemma are well regarded in the industry. Both have worked in hairdressing education for many years in top Melbourne salons and Hairdressing Academies. They have produced many successful and inspired hairdressing artists. The images around the salon at Jeko have been creatively compiled and represent many of their photo shoots.

Jeko is your natural choice. And we mean it! We are a sustainable salon. We waste nothing. Hair clippings, plastic, metal, paper and chemicals are all recycled or upcycled. You can even donate your ponytail to create wigs to support those in need!
​
Jeko is also an Aveda concept salon, so as well as all those beautiful aromas, we have specialist Aveda products to support the condition and style of your hair.
